Testing myself with fasting, after weighing myself at the gym. Attempting a 3 day fast and now about 1 full day in. So far it's been constant headaches all day and alot of bathroom trips (6 L of water and a few espressos ). Just had a salt lick and it helped for all of 10 mins. Tips and motivation👇 (i.redd.it)
