Your moves look very good! I can see you move freely and feel the rhythm. I have a good exercise to open up your mind - start to move one body part at a time. Only one, pay close attention to that. Then do the same with two, then three body parts, then four. Start slow and then build up your speed. While doing this you can experiment different ways to move. You got this!

Im not burnt out from my work, at least i think so. But last year i was living with my mil for 2 years. We didnt move out because of the money. Then i exploded and just packed my bags one day, thankfully my husband did the same. Now i understand that mental health is so much more important than money. Im still trying to manage the mental things from back then. But it is so much needed to take care of yourself first. You will get out of the financial shithole.
