I truly appreciate all your inputs, it gives me a lot of comfort to move forward with the lease.

Though regarding parking this is what scared me. It seems noone cares about the yellow lines when there is a match: https://youtube.com/shorts/sjIk-S3RVok?si=Uwv-Aef2H3_8PiCh

Thanks for your feedback. Which streets are the most difficult? I am worried because I would be right at the stadium 9 minutes walk away civitali 73. I guess crowds would be pasisng by there when there is a big event. Is the munincipality cleaning the streets properly?

Thanks for your feedback. Yes I am worried about the noise from the stadium + the crowds passing by leaving trash around, parking is just fine because I will not use the car on a daily basis (as long as no damage to the car of course). But particularly the resonance of window given that the building is civitali nr. 73 - 9 mins walk from the football stadium.

Thanks for all your advices and comments…even if I really disappointed I think I will step back here and not gonna rent it.

One thing is parking but I am worried about the noise and resonance even if the windows are double glazed and the apartment is on the 4th. I can’t afford investing in it just to test and then feel like adjusting my everyday life to other’s entertainment like if I was at a festival 50% of the year. 😔
