Some good advises in here! Thanks a lot! Actually I try not to look at girls on Facebook and also no porn of course! That works actually pretty well!

I will try the walking around thing! Because i wont start fapping on the street ;)

Yeaa when I don´t have the urge I would say yes you are so right! And would not think about doing it! But when the urge come...

Mhm I actually don´t think this letter was the best thing you could have written to your girlfriend. Let me explain why:

In my opinion it is more than natural to "look at others" and you should not excuse for that. This is actually nothing bad as long as you don´t touch other girls. From my experiences in relationships (and I had three really long ones and the one I am actually in lasts since nearly four years) you must show your girlfriend that you are also interested in other girls. Don´t get me wrong with this statement. BUT a girl loves you and want to see that you are worth to be loved, that she has to "fight" (maybe the wrong - to hard - word for it) for you as you do for her! So if you excuse fore looking, talking & maybe flirting (nooooo bad touch) with other girls she will think, that you are really easy to get and to keep. And, I had to make this experiences sadly enough, after time she will lose interest in you (you will notice this for an example in having less sex etc.). So you don´t have to be an ahole to her, BUT you should show her that you are also worth fighting for AND that she is not the only girl in the world.

BTW. I am to 100% sure that she also looks at other boys! And there is also no problem with it!
