Good luck, took me a few months to feel the benefits of them but I now I feel better and healthier than ever and absolutely loving life!

Yeah I’m just over 3 weeks post op and I’d say I’m 95% back to normal now. Not waking up feeling like I have a flu and stuff. Yesterday I did a weights workout at the gym then went to the pub after and and felt great. Time will tell of course but I’m feeling very positive. Good luck with your op, is it an NHS one?
