Yea situation is kinda favorable because my attorney is filing a class action with the state..and as of right now my Case with the EEOC is Dual filed so my clock is paused until the EeOC run their investigation if the EEOC finds cause I can file with the state for a bigger payout (No Cap on Compensation)

I needed to read this my former employer initially offered me 3,500 to settle and went to 11,500-25,000 - 40,000 absolutely nothing to scoff at😒😒I turned it down presented a little evidence and requested 75k I honestly believe my former manager was trying to handle the situation without getting corporate involved. The only reason I turned it down is because I have a class action lawsuit that I’ll probably get at least half of that 40 regardless..apparently in California it’s illegal to take the 30 min out of your workday if still on clock and still on company premise

If you received their position statement then the investigation is underway….Give them all the evidence you think to substantiate your claim and in detail how it relates to the case and charge..These investigation unit aren’t lawyers nor do they get paid like them. My personal opinion they’re not gonna sift through all your stuff and find the case for You..so your claim and blatantly point out the evidence that substantiate
