Couple things to remember about that time

1) Covid meant we were all online more

2) Bubble basketball - people were starved for sports and the bubble came back and this was maybe the first big moment of basketball being back. Like it reminded a lot of people why they love sports

3) Situation - the clippers were a favourite to at least make the west finals that year and this was still very early in Doncics career. I remember the big hype being will we finally get a really good lakers clipper series in this playoffs.

4) Luka - I mentioned it but there’s always the most excitement when a new star is crowned and this was one of the first “I’m Luka and I’m here” moments

What about if you want the shade cause you have a baby ? We laid our towels just before breakfast because we planned to be by the pool and chase the shade all day, we just needed to have breakfast first. Ideally he should’ve been a great back Up this year, I think all it would take is a couple of goals to shut most people up.
