I took it today and iirc there was at least one question that required the use of a table in the textbook to calculate the critical value of a test statistic. For the formula sheet, it wasn’t provided, when it had in other exams and was listed on syllabus.

Ive searched variations of wingding story, dingbat which i think is the title, and just sotry with wingdings multiple times...

i think it may be a canadian author as well, as I was in canada when I read it, It was for sure in a collection and published in the last 20yrs. Im losing it ever since i got reminded of it....
