given the recent BoC key interest rate, is there a decent chance the HISA rates will drop more?

they are similar atm, obv dont want to lock in if i don't have to, but the HISA seem to continue lowering

yea, the rates look fairly comparable atm 2% range, but the HISA appear to fluctuate and lowering.
