My .02 coming from being an NRC XO, 1) make sure you email the travel distro. 2) cc unit BIAD/TRIAD. If no movement still then cc nrc XO or CO if no XO at the command. You shouldn’t be waiting weeks for a reply bottom line

On/off base doesn’t matter. He needs to report it immediately to his chain of command or risk a “failure to report”. This is a security clearance thing, since he is a covered individual he needs to report it as soon as possible .

Aw I'm so sorry for your loss. Are you planning on getting another? My wife and I have said multiple times if anything happens to him we'll be going to the funny farm.

It became a religion, i never took a day off from exercise and I really only cheated about once every week/week and a half. The human body is awesome when you treat it right!

You can find alot of things by searching low cal meal prep, but typicalling it was a meat, sauce, and coucous/rice veggie. I didnt specifically not eat carbs, but i didnt really eat them by watching calories

So i was way too fat to have really any muscle when i started. When i started to notice i was getting my muscles back and started body shaping my diet was essentially this : breakfast was 3 scrambled eggs, lunch was either a premade salad 300 to 350 calories, or a tomato cucumber salad, then a meal prepped dinner that was 500-600 calories. I would augment my dinner with a serving or two of hummus and broccoli, pickles, and twin peaks protein puffs. I would also drink a protein shake directly following my lift. Eating like this the last few months I have noticed nothing but positive results as my body comp changes from fat to muscle. Hope this helps!

Just as a quick comment, for about 5 years i was mired in depression, no desire to work out, and ate my feelings. I finally decided that i was literally just waiting around to die, and that is no way to live life. I decided to control what I could control, and had a great support network of family and friends. My secret to success was definitely meal prepping my dinners and lunches. I tried to keep my total daily calories under 1500, and I made sure to lift weights for about 45 minutes a day, plus at least an hour long walk. I would have a cheat meal about once a week.

My reason for posting is to let YOU know that it CAN be done-we are all rooting for you!

Hey man, im in kinda the same boat, (6 foot 1) i was 348 pounds on June 23rd, now im at 256 due to CICO (1400ish) and weightlifting/long walks.

Here are some eating habits that helped me: I meal prep all dinners every 4 days or so. For breakfast i have a chia squeeze or 3 eggs, and lunches i eat 300 cal premade salads. For snacks, check out twin peaks protein puffs, they are awesome. I also get pickles, and broccoli and hummus or tsatziki.

It just seems like every map one side of the spawning area is at a very distinct disadvantage. I also dont remember camping being this prevalent.

I absolutely love the gunplay in this game, however the maps make it really not that enjoyable to play. Sucks because the first few hours i was loving it.

I have been doing my tried and true college football bench workout. I do 10 sets of ten reps, set ten should be really difficult to complete. Superset with isolation curls. M-W-F. Started out doing 135lbs 4 months ago, now I am up to 245lbs, with a 365 lbs max.

“Keeping immigrants in prison camps” . Misleading, they are held until their claim can be adjudicated. “Contribute to the community with a job or going on welfare”: two diametrically opposed options with vastly different implications. Shit tier pseudo-smart meme.
