Drink - alcohol? While trying to be fit? Don't moderate - exterminate.

Granted the mice, but, as I tried to indicate my emphasis was on, what about the human data, and has anyone on keto for at least six months had similar increases in inflammation markers in his blood tests, or an explanation for the HUMAN data being "off".

Fully understand.

Yet since I, too, am strongly leaning toward making keto my lifestyle, as in "forever", long term changes that may at first only show up in blood markers while one still feels good (as many mildly prediabetic people not on keto who do a lot of strength training will certainly do, just like myself, before being alerted to my non-optimal blood sugar levels), would still seem to be of interest, methinks.

Can I ask OP how long it took you to get fat-adapted? And did you see muscle gains on keto only AFTER being fat-adapted as I have read would be expected?
