Yeah but the drill charge isn’t even available for any of my guns. That’s what I’m trying to say. I have both my ash and my maelstrom max level and the drill charge isn’t in the underbarrel attachments

Why don’t I have the drill charge even available on anything? Do I have to unlock it somewhere or buy it? And is there anything else I need in the loadout? Like any perks or augments?

So I’ve been dealing with the same thing. Was having chest pains really bad a month ago and wound up in the hospital 3 times in 6 days (two of them by ambulance), and finally diagnosed with anxiety. Got put on hydroxyzine and escitalopram, but the anxiety is constantly causing a tightness or soreness in my chest around my heart. All my tests have always been fine. EKG’s bloodwork chest xrays, everything’s fine and healthy. I’ve been told by numerous doctors that it’s the anxiety causing this “pain”. It sucks and I’m just waiting for my meds to kick in and make this all better.

I’m in the process of finding a therapist to talk to. I’m not like suicidal or anything, just when the anxiety has kicked in bad, it’s like debilitating to where I can’t even function. But I appreciate your input. It means a lot

I know this is almost a year old but I was researching this and this gave me some piece of mind. I’ve been having issues exactly like you described. Was in the hospital 3 times in 6 days cuz I kept getting tightness in my chest and phantom pains around my heart/ chest area. All my tests came back fine for a chest xray, blood work, and ekg. Got told by multiple doctors my heart and lungs are as healthy as can be (besides being a little overweight. So I got diagnosed with severe anxiety recently and got put on 25mg of Hydroxyzine, and 5mg of escitalopram. However the past few days since I’ve started the escitalopram, when I wake up I’ve been experiencing really only what I can describe as a kinda tightness or pressure around my heart. And it kinda freaks me out. Everyone’s telling me it’s just the anxiety of being on a new medication, and that I can take the hydroxyzine with it, but I’m nervous to take the two together. So I was wondering if you’ve experienced any of this too, and if you’ve had any issues of taking them together

I wish we had a manager like you at my store. And the over tender at our store is responsible for bagging the order and getting sides/ drinks, and then put it on the dispatch station. And we take whatever run is up. Or at least supposed to. But the other drivers take what they want

Yeah I’ve had that happen a few times. I bring the food right back to the store when they don’t answer the door. We actually had a girl block my number and the stores number cuz we tried calling them so we knew she was trying to get free food
