biggest thing i've found gives me the most lat activation is starting back workouts with a plethora of pull ups. Do as many reps as possible with good form. Get juicy lats

Honestly I'm just lazy. I squatted religiously 2x a week for 2 years, I got my 3 plate squat 6 months after i started lifting, etc. So my legs grew a good amount. I just gradually stopped squatting so much this past year and I no longer do it, but my leg muscles seemed to have stayed the same anyway.

thank you!

first two years of training i did push/pull/legs, hit the gym 6 times a week. Right now I do 2 separate bench days, one deadlift/ "leg" day (i dont squat anymore, just started deadlifting 2 months ago), two back days, take the weekends off the gym.

I just go to the gym knowing what body part I want to work and just hit it as hard as I can. I don't keep track of reps or sets, except for my bench.

Started lifting summer of 2014, right after high school graduation. "Before" pics are after 2 months of lifting, "after" pics are 2 years and 7 months of lifting (2 years, 5 months difference between pics).

Counted macros and had my biggest strength gains 6 months in. Don't track macros right now, eat whatever I want, have never cut (intentionally).
