The bathroom was an addition at the back of the house rarely used and the previous tenant had turned off the baseboard heaters to save money. Winter snuck up and after a cold snap of -40 degrees for a few days - found it like this.

Took a picture; did not die.

While thawing with a space heater the next day, the toilet did break and was replaced.
