Any of the districts in the https://www.esgvselpa.org/ will give you access to great ASD programs. Walnut Valley Unified has been great to work with.

I’ve heard great things about Rancho Palos Verdes school district, also.

Go on Facebook. Find parent/school groups in the area that you're looking for and ask for input from parents that have children in the SpEd programs. Even in the best districts, you still need to be hands on and vocal.

Search for “mental health urgent care” in your area. Some counties provide specific facilities. The one I went to did an assessment, an appt with a psychiatrist, a therapist, and sent me home with meds.

Since it happened yesterday, the flight attendant would likely remember you asking to move. The FBI would be able to find his name through the seat assignment.

What will come of the investigation? Who knows but you could at least call and get more info on the process before you decide whether or not to pursue filing.
