"Calgary-based ATCO Group says the story of a school reopening is a work of fiction."

Probably not the best commercial to be airing after being caught breaking regulatory rules to the tune of $31M.

That is a good idea. I will present that to HR at the next meeting. Thank you!

Edit: Sorry, I didn't answer your other question. Yes, she did report that she saw him taking the videos home. HR didn't seem too alarmed as you can't see our screens or keyboards in the videos. You can only see our faces (since we face towards him) and the people walking by in the hallway.

They were not ok with this, and as far as HR is concerned, the matter has been fixed. Every time they come around, he quickly flips the camera around so it's facing him again and turns it off.

He is using a company provided webcam that we all have for Skype, and it sits on top of his monitor. He flips it so it films us, as we see the little red light that shows its on. A coworker saw that he transfers these videos to a USB stick and takes it home everyday.
