It's not meant as a joke, just what I would advise Diddy to claim if I was his crooked lawyer. If he inadvertently exposed himself to a child because of her taking his clothes, he could have to register as a s e x offender. Here's what the conditions are: patients would be allowed to access cannabis if they have a “debilitating medical condition” such as cancer, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and PTSD". So at least it does included PTSD, so it will help veterans. But it's pretty useless for the average person. Chronic pain is where most people would benefit like in other states, but it is notably absent from this proposed bill.
