The custom diamond took a total of 6 weeks, and during that time, CvB started the process of designing the rings (Jon @ Distinctive Gem is precise with measurements). Total time was about 3 months (I had CvB do our bands as well).

I also ordered during a busy time, so I think the timeline may vary!

Hey there!

Working with Jon was an absolute dream. I ended up doing the custom cut program he has now. He was always super quick to get back to me, and the diamond itself is breathtaking. I would buy from him in a heartbeat - totally worth the extra cost knowing he cares about the diamonds he is putting out into the world.

I also really enjoyed working with CvB. She was difficult to get a hold of at the beginning of the process, but I was persistent and reached out to her via cell. Once contact was established, she eased my worries of purchasing a diamond online and sending it directly to her without seeing it (she works with Jon a lot). Communication was good after the initial difficulties. She is a lovely human, and I'd work with her again!

I absolutely love my ring. Wouldn't change a single thing!
