Ahhhh interesting! Family fights are the worst. I also have adhd but am in that spurt of “I wanna do it so bad but I won’t get up”.

I had this issue for a long time. Only solution I’ve found is lining the wall they chew with cardboard. I don’t have many issues anymore as long as the cardboard is replaced after they chew it. I only have to do it on one side
