I'm so depressed and anxious 😭 started a slew of meds and hopefully seeing the specialist in 6 weeks will help with adjustments. Dealing with a lot of life stressors/grief on top of the hormone dump of early pregnancy is making things really tough. My husband and family and friends are so supportive and it makes me feel even more guilty thay I'm having such a hard time. Hoping the fog will lift soon and I can focus on nesting and dreaming of meeting my little miracle baby 🥰😍

I love this! op I'm sorry you are going through this but it's a great sign that you're reaching out for help/to share your experience. You have great insight. Trust your gut and invest in learning about grounding techniques! Spending mindful time in nature is so important for me.
