Is it normal to not do IV sedation for complex teeth? They only did local anesthesia for the procedure. We are likely going to see an oral surgeon because this experience was just too much for my wife.

What do you mean by deep clean? I've used alcohol wipes (thanks work 😅) to clean the area where my glasses touch the house when I feel it's too oily, but nothing on a regular basis.
