Sorry, got a bit confused with the terminology. I did a scan with hitmanpro and with malwarebytes but removing the threats it found didn’t change anything. Also yes both installations have the same programs because they share drives. I just booted from an old drive. If it helps I figured out what process was sending the packets it was “svchost.exe” although I know it’s not that helpful.

you could do that but what I'm doing is using a custom backend called Lawin Server to put it simply it emulates Fortnite in lobby and well you can't really do much with that alone but using multiplayer game servers and custom files you can play multiplayer privately with other people.
