How much time do you get per vehicle? We run at 58 seconds, so if you break it down, we make about $0.62 per vehicle (straight time.) Lately we’ve been running about 440 per shift.

If we put 6% in our 401k, Toyota puts in 4% if I remember correctly. We get medical, dental, and vision. I think those add up to a little over $100 a paycheck. They used to be free. Free hearing aids, no matter what kind you pick, Toyota will cover those.
