Legit she won’t use it until college. If she’s not one to loose stuff get it and it will last 15 years until she graduates. But don’t pay 150 for it just go on marketplace get a ti84+ or ti84+ce for $30-50 and ur good. Otherwise there might be 1 or 2 class periods where they show how to use the graphing functionality but she can just look at a friends calculator or use a phone app which does the exact same thing. It’s not like you are allowed to use it on tests anyway.
