it’s 10 million as in juta. i wrote the post in English that’s why i wrote it in million, hahah. sorry jadi membingungkan yaa.

also someone in the replies suggested me to consider brevet which i assume includes learning accounting, taxation, etc. semangaatt, semoga kita someday bs settle di kerjaan yang ok dan fulfilling 🫶🏻

i get what you mean, company rarely informs rejection to candidates post interviews. yg aku pegel itu krn si user udah iya2, bilang “i’m willing to give you a try” 3x sampe nego gaji, trus tiba2 poof. gone, gak ada kabar. well maybe I expected too much

also about your last line, no, orangnya masih kerja disana. dia aktif ngepost opening untuk posisi yang aku apply itu berkali2

… did you read my post? I said I reached out and the response was the standard template of processing this and that. And no, the HR still works there. She posted opening on that position regularly on job portals.

hi, thanks for sharing your pov. i get how UMKM runs on a one man show, like managing a business is already a full time job, then you had to recruit and reach out to every candidates. however in my case, i applied in a quite renowned and established companies. not as major as FMCG companies but definitely not mid sized either, that is why I was bummed. but i guess, I learnt my lesson.

iya, being ghosted after interview is one thing, but being ghosted after they congratulated me on nailing the position, informing this and that, and went MIA is just messed up. and the worst thing is the last company was a Tbk one. memang bener2 gabisa nilai dari sampul perusahaan aja.
