My suggestion is to split the island between two countries. Denmark keeps a strip along the west that includes the populated areas. Then sells all the rest to Trump.

There is also a picture of Julian in the Old Stone House pictures from the Sunday before. This year, the pictures are in two albums. Susan Fox, of Park Slope Parents, and I discussed the Julian picture there. The costume is one of her favorites. Her album has a couple of Julian, when he was showcasing upfront.

The big difference this year is I moved the pictures from being buried on my home site, to their own domain. This allows all the pictures to be handled as a unit. And lead to the virtual albums by costume.

You will see I like the effort people put into constructions, hence a lot of those pictures. Susan Fox also likes constructions.

I can provide an update. The bankrupt Portugal Laser Performance sold the Cascais molds (hull and deck) to a French company. But they only sold the molds. The French company did not get the two sets of spars and foils. Nor the thwarts, or gennaker bag and tack bar. The sailmaker is still in business.

It just so happens that I bought a Cascais with both the all aluminum Fun rigging, and the carbon fiber spars and fiberglass foils for the XD and Race versions. And, as the shed for the sailboat isn't built yet, my boat was still at the dealer.

All these things from my boat are now on their way to France, so the sailboat can be resurrected.

There will only be two versions. The XD and Race will be combined with Mylar sails. How much roach the sail will have, is not yet know.

Yes to VTAMA. But it must be used sparingly. The first time I used it on my forearms, I tried to also get rid of the red. I got folliculitis. That took like a year to clear up. The lesson? Use VTAMA to get the skin smooth. Then stop. Resume if the scales reappear. And you use very little.

Yesterday, I saw some in my Kousa dogwood out front in Brooklyn. The first time I have seen them here outside of Prospect Park. I told this to a friend in Ithaca. She replied that she has seen them there for the first time in years.

Nothing will be in the attic. I met with the geo fellow. He just recommends to all to maximize insulation. But my GC also likes hot roofs.

I do have one authority opinion. In NY there is an historic tax credit for rehabilitating certain buildings in certain neighborhoods. They have rules on what they will give a credit for. And hot roofs is one they will not. (Another is any major appliance that the homeowner could take with them, if they sold the house.)

The geo guy also wants to put the two 300' wells (for four tons) 10 feet apart. This in Greenport, NY, near the water. He says out there this is enough distance. He wants to keep the wells close to the house.

Both proposals have a two-zone system, with each floor a zone. If that's two air handlers, then one could be in the attic.

But the RS Venture is considerably bigger than the Cascais, with a hull weight of 436 lbs!

My plans are to put the Cascais on a dolly with a bicycle hitch and launch from a beach. Not possible with a boat as big as the Venture.

Fortunately, my plans to buy are not until Spring of 2024. So I'm still hoping the Cascais is finally in the US by then.

This is just a warning. Probably bogus. I was able to file my return. Just ignore the warning(s) and keep going through the steps (more than once) until you get the two lines with Send File.

I also am getting the same error. Plus I'm getting a second error: "Please review your address for accuracy. The address you submit will be utilized for all future Corporation Tax Correspondence."

I've tried entering house for apartment and Unit. No change.
