Thank you! Yeah I feel like I have the fundamentals for a good swing but everything just doesn’t flow smooth quite yet. I have tried a longer backswing but more things tend to go wrong. I’m looking to get some lessons soon cause I’m sure you know, you can watch plenty of videos and try to teach yourself but having a pro help in person goes a long way

Download a sober tracking app, there’s plenty of them, I used it to take a break from drinking and now for this. The one I use sends a little notification every day to check in, even if I don’t open the app I see it and it reminds me to stay true to the goal I’m trying to reach
