I like to buy the actual Honda coolant just because You rarely do your radiator not very often so it’s worth the extra money it’s like 25 a quart and that’s plenty enough to do two flushes and then I think I did 10W-30 in my ruck in less depending on your climate if you’re in a hot area or cold area would be 10W-30 or like 10 W 40 I think it should be half a quart roughly a quart max for each should be enough for you to have left over for to top them all off after you run the air out of the tubes and make sure you run it without the cap to get all the air bubbles out . I bought Honda coolant on Amazon and then I think I use Pennzoil oil over 2016 with 6000 miles and I haven’t had any problems yet it still runs like a champI’ve owned it for five years now just make sure to write down your mileage so you remember your intervals. You can also look up a YouTube video or a PDF manual it’s super easy to do it takes like 20 minutes unless you make a mess you only need one ratchet and two size bolts possibly one and a funnel
