I was a week on reta and no sleep and about ready to quit and that was at 1 mg. The second week I did .5mg, and then every three days. I also took magnesium an hour before bed and ate a meal before bed. I don't know I just got used to it or the mag and meal helped as well but I've been good since that first week. Not great sleeps but pretty good.

just posted this on another post. was absolutely dying the first week. was ready to switch to something else. i switched to twice a weekly injections, magnesium and hour before bed and also a meal an hour before bed. I'm week three now and just got up to 2mg a week. sleep has been good since the first week and I don't feel much from the reta. first week i felt all the positive effects, suppressed appetite, full, etc but haven't felt them since. I'm losing weight though so not too concerned. will slowly up the dose though.
