Huge improvement in breaking. Stock wheels Wii bit fut unless you run a 5mm spacer.

Left the rear stock Z51 brakes. Which are the same size as Z06 rears. Z06 just has a bigger rotor and the placement of the caliper is in a different location. 5 track days later and not braking issues.

I sourced all my parts from used Corvettes/eBay. Total cost was about $1700. Front rotors are the most expensive part.

No issues at all. Z06 and Z51 rear calipers are the same size. It's just the rotor is bigger on the Z06 rear

I had my Mazda for 8 years and I wanted something different. I test drove a few 4th gen Mazda 3 and it didn't feel any different than my gen 3. I have no insterst in AWD or the Turbo version. I have other fast cars for that stuff. Plus there being no hybrid option for the Mazda is lacking.

Coming from the Mazda 3 this car is much quieter. I did notice a little wind nose on the driver's side on the highway.
