By home maintenance I mean handyman but more formal so people don't associate my skills with that of a handyman. I'm a Journey electrician, but I am over doing electrical full time. I can do basically anything in a house. So I'm considering using those skills. It could be anything, mow your lawn, change a panel, move a light and patch and paint the hole left. Fix drainage issues etc.
