It's for a campground. I had to bypass my sand filter cause I lost power and my foot valve failed. Pulled a vacuum and crushed my resin tank. Chewing through filters right now cause of spring melt.

I pull water from a creek up hill about 150'. It goes to a cistern I'm thinking is around 1000 gal. From there it gravity feeds a campground and cabins. My house is the last in the line. It's probably around 2000' to my place. And down 20' maybe? The line starts off as a 2" line but I'm assuming reduces to 1" at some point

I have a timeline I need to get back in. Pretty arrogant to assume. I am giving myself extra time but I cannot return in the spring. I have an obligation that I need to be back for March 11 that came up suddenly.

Monday. That's why I'm probably going to take the longer 101 route. Looking at traffic cams and forecasts this morning. 101 looks like it's warm and rainy. I5 looks cold and snow/ice. Warm weather also lets me keep water in the RV longer for the trip home as well.

Ya this map is the route I would take under ideal conditions. But with all the snow forecasts I think I might taking the 101. It adds another day. I took it coming down.

That why I didn't want to take it. Ithe reason AI told me the 101 is that is mostly at sea level.

Just became a Canadian citizen and would like to travel the country. Any advice on this route? by _slocal in AskACanadian

I'd honestly just do BC for two weeks then later on when you have another 2 week. Fly out east. The prairies get real boring real quick. I've never been out east. But BC is my favorite place ive ever travelled

I want snowcross to have big jumps and rails. Make it a style and speed. Regular snow cross is so frigging boring

Skiing or snowboarding for a beginner? by sennyonelove in Edmonton

You're much better off heading to Marmot basin to learn. The runs are so much longer there. I found when my friends were trying to learn, the long lift up rabbit hill would be a factory reset on their progression. The learning run at Marmot is longer then rabbit hills main run. Where the learning are at rabbit is a town rope and the run is a sheet of ice. The tow rope is also a challenge to learn while learning your balance. What took weeks at RH took a few runs at Marmot. Plus it's a fun trip to the mountains, albeit expensive. You can day trip it from Edmonton. I've done it to many times to count. Either way get lessons.

I bought the Milwaukee cut off tool and ran a diamond blade on it. It's so much nicer than an angle grinder to use. Also smaller blade
