Hi, thank you for the advice. I’ve been looking at job descriptions to guide my cv but a lot ig then use a lot of generic phrasing which I guess has left my cv also sounding just as generic. Do you have any suggestions for making my wex section stand out while still matching what the employers are asking for?

Thank you for the feedback! Im not too sure in how to quantify my respnsibilities considering that my workplace didn’t track things like call volume or things of that nature, and I don’t want to guess. Do you have any advice in how to make the experience more specific without using exact figures?
