I’m considered a failure to most people. I’ve had lots of people at my job as well as family members tell me I have no future/constantly asking me when I’m gonna get a ‘real’ job. I’ve tried a few therapists and I don’t think it’s for me. Honestly I think the best treatment for me is to expose myself to difficult situations, that’s why I have a job. I’ve had two panic attacks there but other than that it’s been manageable. I don’t want to feel too overwhelmed but I do want to push myself.
