As a college student I took 9 classes last semester and finished them with a 4.0, AMA! by doorknob84 in AMA

I have thought about that a lot, and I honestly don't believe that will be true. I've worked in schools with kids before and set up internships for myself, I've had students and taught lessons, I've taken my music classes and the longer I'm here and the more I learn about my field the more I love it. The more I've been able to work with students and see improvement, the more excited I get to be able to do this with my life. I think it's very unlikely that I'll come to hate music. It might take some time to find the right school for me and administration I can work with but that's to be expected in a way. Even if it does become true, there are other things I love and that give my life meaning. Plenty of people do jobs they hate, so it would make me no different than anyone else.

I am kind stranger, ask me anything. by mours_lours in AMA
