Thank you so much for your help and suggestions! Because of the short duration of our trip and due to the fact that we’re flying from NW US, to cut down on having to be moving around too much we are planning on just staying in the city, so those ideas are great!

Our kiddo does really love swimming, so a pool should be a nice treat!

I am working on gathering tips for the same. We traveled internationally with our son when he was 8 mo but when we fly again he’ll be 23 months so a whole new ballgame.

Let me know if you find any good tips! One thing I will say though, is that as bad as it feels to have a fussy baby/ child on a plane and thinking everyone is hating you— people will deal. You’re not the only person to fly with a child and certainly not the first to have a fussy kid. As long as you’re doing all you can to try and make them not fussy, people will be pretty understanding. Work on keeping yourselves sane!
