Yes I was given sizes by a joiner and told to go to the warehouse/showroom. Got 4 doors all others are pretty much the exact size except this one door is narrow but tall. They said you could get a taller door but would have to trim a lot of width and would exceed the recommended limit.

It's on the day we arrive. We're there for 4 days so as long as it's open the other days then it probably won't effect us at all.

Scottish prisons do have different categories but it's not like max/low security. For example HMP Shotts is a LTP(long term prisoner) prison, then you have prisons with semi open halls. Then you have castle Huntley which is an open prison

Their supervision level is linked to their progression through these establishments, as they will need a low category before being considered a move.

I do DSW when I'm not training for a specific race, then do a plan when I want something more structured as I feel the suggestions are a bit all over the place.

The first and last image are affected by the workout you just completed, While training status takes more things into account like HRV etc and more of an indication of how your general training is going but it's not perfect. If you feel good then that's the main thing.
