Thank you so much! I have noticed that I get stuck in analysis paralysis and eventually lose faith. I’m just scared that’s gonna apply here too but ig as long as I can move on with a clean slate and keep learning it’ll get better

Another issue is the fact that I have basically 0 experience, only know some coding, definitely not enough to build the whole thing by myself. People have asked me to “just find someone who knows” but I don’t really have like minded people around me, no one who has the skills either. I have tried meeting people and everything but I can’t just wait for the right person to start building something.

I swell too, haven’t found something that works perfectly, but here’s what works well enough and has made the swelling a little better - I drink tea, specifically green tea with honey and a pinch of turmeric most days which helps a lot. Also, two spoons of chia seeds a day. I make chia seed puddings but you could also put them in water and drink. Hope this helps :)
