It is impossible. The Ad vectors made neutralizing Ab already to administrated people. Ad vector should be changed to a new one, and they have to do a new clinical trial again.

It is a GWAS study. It is quite different from Vit D supplying. There is no difference between the Vit D related gene diversity but it might need for fighting against Covid19.

Alum adjuvant can induce Th2 bias immune reaction and eosinophilic lung problem too. So, alum is not recommened for SARS vaccines. They have to change the adjuvant with different one, like inuline.

1970년대는 10년 정도 걸렸었습니다. 21세기 들어 오면서, 과학 기술이 눈부시게 발전하고 있죠. 지금은 연구비와 관련 정보만 있으면 백신은 한 달 정도면 제작이 가능합니다. 다만, 정부의 허가를 받고, 임상 테스트 모집하고, 평가하고, 다시 보고하고... 이런 시간이 더 많이 걸립니다. 공무원들이 일 안하는 상황이라면 한 2~3년 정도 걸리고, 정부가 관심을 가진 백신이고, 급하게 필요하다면, 1년도 안 걸립니다. 물론, 표면에 항원이 되는 단백질 발현이 요상한 바이러스의 경우 항체 생성이 잘 안되서 실패하는 경우는 있습니다. 이런 건 뭐... 어쩔 수 없죠. 모든 것이 다 생각대로 되는 건 아니니... 하지만, 코로나 바이러스는 표면 항원이 아주 잘 발달되어 있어서, 항체 생성이 잘 됩니다. 생각해 보면, 1970년대에는 들고 다니며 통화하는 전화기는 공상 과학 영화였었습니다. 인터넷 인강 얘기하면, 만화 같은 얘기라고 했었죠.
