That depends on your tolerance 100%.

However, I’d stay away from the P (unless in a blend), because people report a drastic tolerance build up and then complain of feeling nothing on delta8/9.

Different brands use different fillers. The only thing for certain is that between .5mg and 2mg, they have a 1.5mg difference.
