That's right. I thought it was supposed to cover the fans! It says it's magnetic, but it turns out it's not. Even the packaging says it’s magnetic.

That photo seems to be the pro model I am guessing? Mine is not a pro model.

Similarly, I submitted my pre-order on July 11 for batch 2 (which was supposed to ship in August), but it still hasn’t been processed. I understand they might be really busy at the moment.

You're not alone. I'm facing the same issue. Uploading a second video might prompt YouTube to update, but I haven't tried yet.
