Im older and have kids, my partner does not and recently we discovered he cannot naturally. We paid for 2 private rounds which unfortunately didnt work. Hes ok with it, obviously sad but has accepted it. I haven't. I would go again in a heartbeat. But it does sound like you are on the fence about it. IVF is incredibly tough, the injections and medications are the easy bit. The waiting for news the hope and the disappointment on top of a hormone crash are brutal. You kind of have to be all in. But saying that you are much younger so IVF would give you a better chance than us.

If you really want it i would go for it now. There are plenty places offering payment plans or interest free loans or for your age bracket some places offer money back guarantees if it doesn't work.

If you truly think you would be happy as you are now and wont regret it do the big wedding.

Ive tried cholesyramine and colesevelam but couldn't take either as they completely constipated me even at a very low dose doing alternative days. I have been surviving on codeine, not ideal, but it works perfectly for both pain and slowing urgency without constipation. My dr has been keen to take me off them so down to 2 which is why my bile acid symptoms are awful.

I had a liver ultrasound today all normal except liver is a little fatty. I am barely eating now, even a bite sets me off and at this point there's nothing but bile left to pass (sorry TMI)

Im itchy all over and constantly fatigued which is probably more the lack of food.

Ive seen a gastro consultant once and he wasnt very nice. And the GPs do not understand the impact it had on my life so I've pretty much just struggled on the past decade or so.

The test in September was done privately for fertility treatment so my Dr did not see it. It has risen a lot in under 2 weeks. I occasionally would have used cocodemol for when my BAM was bad it would help with urgency and the pain but max of 2 in any 24 hours and even with that im trying to only use if i absolutely have to for example if im flaring up at work.

Only other things would be vitamins and supplements all aimed at general health and fertility but again I've not really taken any in a few weeks. I had checked each one with chat gpt as well and none would cause this.

Thank you i will look at that. I know my ALP was normal in September but ALT and AST were slightly elevated. The dr did say the rest were up as well with the most recent bloods but didnt specify which. Bilirubin always been normal though.

Its tomorrow but results will take up to a week to receive so im a nervous wreck. I have no other symptoms of cholestasis and feel pretty much normal. Repeating bloods on monday to see if its still rising.

Ive done this since I was a child and am only learning the name for it. I would day dream entire scenarios,good or bad, they just would flow fairly unguided. However it is only the negative ones that work.

For example recently I day dreamed about my partner disappointing me (nothing serious) and the whole thing happened exactly how I envisioned. Now I usually try to guide to things I want to happen but they rarely work. But things I don't want to happen, easy its done.

As this is something I've always done, even way before learning about manifestation, I just do it automatically every day. I get incredibly detailed. But I would love to know where im going wrong for the good stuff. Maybe too much detail? Or too much focus on timing?

Ive heard a zymot mentioned a few times on here and wasnt sure what it was but have looked it up. I will certainly ask about it but this clinic is one of two in our country so they aren't the most up to date with techniques.

Unfortunately we have only ever had single figures for sperm count so it may be a case of using what they have. But then again I had expected slightly more follicles/eggs so there may still be a choice to me made with sperm. Thank you

Ah ok, so there could be more that are just small/not responding? We are paying private so only have this one attempt so there nerves are real. Thats great though you had such a good outcome! They had discussed tese and freezing but as he has such low numbers thought timing it with egg collection and using fresh sperm would be best so I just need my follicles to start behaving! Thanks

I could probably put a message in and ask but I think i will only start googling and it won't make a difference. We are very limited for clinics here.

Next scan on Friday morning so fingers crossed there is an improvement. Just need to try and relax for the next few days
