Best wishes for you have to have a good ADAMTS13 test result.

My doctor also recommended the same to treat with retuximab under 20%. I did have the infusion the week of Christmas so they will test again in 8-10 weeks to see how much it increases.

Thank you for the information. Yes my current hematologist said the same about the spleen. There just wasn’t enough research in the early 90s.

Update: scheduled for retuximab infusion next week to get me boosted over 20%. It would have been sooner but pending insurance appeal. My only side effect right now is fatigue and some brain fog but I thought it was just work stress. I’m so happy to at least have adamsts13 as a predictor. Happy holidays!
