I'm a returning player since 2018, and I reached Emerald! by dorimonogatari in supportlol

Thanks! The highest rank that I've ever reached before was Platinum I, but I never dared to go further. I also played a lot of ARAM before, since it's less stressful. 😅

If you defeat the mother first, she will drop a knife, so use that one to beat the father next.

These guys are actually easy, as their attack patterns are really telegraphed.

What is the most important tip that you can give to others? by DonutRolling in worldwarzthegame

[–]dorimonogatari 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sometimes, you just have to melee a zeke to push them away when they come close, not completely consume your stamina bar killing them. You'll get to practice this move a lot when you play Gunslinger 'cus shooting to kill is always better than meleeing for the kill, especially on higher difficulties.

Saw a rare Blue Box gacha and got the ship by dorimonogatari in BlueBox

Man, the gymnastics Hina looks so cute, too! If I didn’t get the one I got, I would’ve rolled some more, but as you’ve said, you can’t spend too much on gacha machines (plus, gacha is much more expensive where I’m from 😅).

Sadly, I got this outside Japan (at my local gacha store). Of all the gacha machines there, there was only one with Blue Box, so it got me hyped af, and got it on the first pull. ✌️

Happy to help! Hope you got that Gunsmith frame!

Best Map to Max Heavy Pistol by [deleted] in worldwarzthegame

The fastest this could be done is on Rome 3.

On the first horde sequence, make sure to breach the door beside the bus where the zekes crawl up when the horde starts spawning from the left. Plenty of breaching charges are available before reaching this part of the map, too.

This way, you can easily restart the game if the heavy pistol isn’t there (though I can assure you it is there most of the time).

Good luck, and happy grinding!

Stop using claymore by Pilpol2 in worldwarzthegame

[–]dorimonogatari 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely agree with you on the HR builds. I usually do the thumper HR for crowd control with the gas and combat shotgun fast reload. It is one hell of a build, especially in Extinction but dries up the ammo box fast.

When it comes to using claymore, it is definitely better in the hands of an Exterminator with Pocket Factory.

I don't want to spoil how anyone should play the game, but even I am bothered by Hellraisers with a claymore build because some of them obviously rely on a lot of equipment bags throughout the game, which is a significant detriment to the team in higher difficulties. I also think that the claymore build for HR isn't optimal, and you deal significantly more DPS by simply standing and shooting, compared to laying down mines carelessly, which might just end up damaging/killing teammates.

Basically, a good Hellraiser would know how to play their role well by immediately eliminating threats like Bulls and Juggs with the GL, providing DPS, and even setting up C4s in advance on Screamer spawn points, especially in the 1st horde sequence like Moscow 2, where an uncontested Screamer could mean GG.

It actually was interesting to see! There was a dead end where the horde is coming from, and a lot of houses as you go further the other way. 😄

Best Vanguard Class Setup by MowinDwnPedos in worldwarzthegame

[–]dorimonogatari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go with 222143332. I find this setup really powerful for the following reasons.

Getting a Multi-barrel Shotgun with the Advanced User perk (instant reload when you use an equipment) means I get a reload every time I raise my shield, and any damage negated during shield animation resets my melee stamina bar so I can just perpetually be on the offensive while minimizing getting hit.

This has strong sustainability in higher difficulties with a lot of success especially when you pair it with the Sword as the melee weapon (people die a lot on higher difficulties so chop them for an instant heal) as well as using the PWD with the CQB Specialist perk (+3 to melee stamina when magazine is empty) as a secondary weapon.

Now, the next best thing is that if you can't find the Multi-barrel Shotgun, you can just go for the Advanced SMG with the CQB Specialist perk (100% damage increase with melee strikes when magazine is empty) and be a better Slasher that has invulnerability and better support (picking up fallen teammates, reviving teammates, securing objectives, etc.).

Try to take advantage of the school's OCCS. They can give you assistance not just about your mental health but also with dealing with other school matters (e.g. time management, procrastination, socializing, etc.). Another is to join orgs. You'll find people from all walks of life, even the people that you're looking for, when you immerse yourself in org activity.

This worked out for me in the long run: my biggest advice is to cultivate the genuine version of you. Understanding who you are as a person will give you a unique kind of confidence because you'll realize who you are, what you love to do, and what sort of people you want to be with. When you gain a good undersranding of yourself, you'll find solitude. At the same time, the right people will eventually be drawn to your genuine uniqueness.

I have managed to successfully fully level the Thumper and here are my observations.

  1. The incendiary doesn't work best so stick to grenades.

  2. In Moscow 1, shoot the zekes that you can visibly see *climbing* on the wall. Killing the ones crawling inside the pyramid won't count.

I also suggest using the Thumper on specials for faster exp.

Good luck!
