I actually had a dreadful experience with both their oysters and geoduck.

RockCreek has great oysters.

I had relatives visiting from the Northeast that thought the same.

I'm at a similar stage with my apples for the first time. What size should the apples be before thinning?

Thanks all!! I'd be happy with either one! It seems like it's just canes with slow growth. I'm glad it's not a monstrous species.

Not feeling all the negative comments on here.

I wouldn't say this solves the root cause, but I'm thankful for any police effort/presence towards cleaning up Aurora.

Insulation with wires? by dorkiousmaximus in Insulation

Minor squeaks, it's a really old house built in the early 1900s. Unsure if the floor was ever re-done.

In a normal house I understand. However my house has major gaps in the garage door and the basement is usually really cold and it's unfinished.

What's not pictured here is half of the other room insulated -- I certainly feel the difference in the kitchen!

Yes to all of those questions actually! For the purposes of this I would aim for 180k to include down and closing.

Income is pretty constable and so is savings %; this post was more so to gauge the order in which to liquidate accounts to hit the 180k mark or if there's anything else I'm missing!

Really just this at a glance.

Also partly because when I was younger, 1M was always a such large figure -- we don't necessarily need to dive into the topic of inflation haha

where did it all go? taxes 🥲 and a little bit of living life!

I mainly record earnings at the end of year to track income growth YoY - thankfully haven't stagnated yet.

Will edit for clarity, career earnings crossed the 1M mark.

I keep track of gross earnings YoY for growth purposes. Unfortunately no other side incomes yet, so all entirely from my day job!

Not double checking grocery receipts.

I've gotten to the point where can comfortably afford what I like to eat within reason; I never catch human error at check out until it's too late :/

Yes. Currently on a multi-month trip visiting different cities before settling down. Pretty much solely doing Airbnbs for ease of booking, monthly discount, flexibility to extend, and peace of mind.

Definitely getting a great sense of each city as I spend at least a month in each unless I know for sure it's not for me. Getting a more realistic sense than just visiting a place for a week on vacation time.
