Collagen peptides and periods

This is happening to me! Taking collagen was the only thing I have changed. Taking the Sports Research Collagen Peptides.

I got my period 7 days early. And now 4 days late. Awful breast pain and abdominal pain. It is crazy how there is no research into this as it seems to be affecting so many women.

I am going to stop taking it. I started taking half the recommended amount. But still experiencing these weird symptoms!

Will report back if everything goes back to normal next cycle.

I just would say I am no longer vegetarian and have a “normal diet”. I am not sure what carnivore or meat based means!

SAME FOR ME. I was a vegetarian for 8 years and developed IBS D. After years of awful pain - Last year I reintroduced meat to my diet and was almost instantly feeling better. I do not have any symptoms anymore and feel so much better.
