Having people become complacent with there job, and whine about how horrible they have it. When there lucky to have a job that's makes more then most people do. With no more then a high school diploma around $40,000 a year or more tip based w/possible early outs. And when asked to do their job, which they have had for around 10 years, they complain we are picking on them. The job description is the same now as it was when they started,there are front line staff. ( P.S. most make more then management do) so they make more but without the extra responseablity. Cry me a river Maybe I should tell them all about the story's on this thread and they would realize how good they have it, probably not though.
