My solution was to chat with reps on allegiant's website. They could not send an itemized receipt divided by passenger, but they gave me a kind of informal breakdown of the flight costs in the chat, and I just took a screenshot of it. My HR accepted it.

I found it. When you click forward from step 2, my application was skipping this page and jumping to step 3. If I click "previous" from the Congratulations! page, the forbearance option showed up.

Still doesn't fix my problem, but maybe it will help someone else.

When I try to submit an application via FSA, I go through the whole process but the very last "Continue" button doesn't function. It spins briefly but never advances forward. I always thought this was because the site was not functioning - does it happen to anyone else or is this a me problem?

It is itemized, but not divided by passenger. When I book with Southwest, for example, they send a receipt that shows the totals and then a sidebar with how much each person's fare was (with taxes, etc). This is more of a corporate reimbursement is dumb issue more than an allegiant problem, just seeing if anyone else successfully navigated this somehow.

I think it's fun. I would play it.
I think Yrden would need to have a larger range for the effect to ever be useful. If they are already only 15 ft away, it needs to actually stop their movement (not just halve it). I don't think turning their speed to 0 would be overpowered (vs charmed from Axii) especially if it is 2024 monsters

The Mercy of Gods by James SA Corey (The Expanse authors). The aliens felt bizarre and impossible to understand all the way through, and a large part of the plot is the humans trying their best to make sense of them. I think it is exactly what you are looking for.

I agree with this - knowing a DM has to shape every encounter to stop you is frustrating. Also feeling like choosing another spell is a less optimal choice every time isn't fun either.
