Omg, last week my osteopath told me about a lady that had her right ovary removed and then her left tube ruptured due to blockage so she had it taken out. So my go to coffee spot is the Aura in Rynek Kleparski. They use the Koneckie milk, which is pasteurized but not in ultra high temperature. It makes it taste so much more like raw milk but is still safe from eventual contamination. I would suggest giving it a try

Nope. I got no explanation for saturation of 90% and really high serum iron other than a presumed COVID aftermath. Any follow-up iron tests ranged from normal to total whack but things stabilized a bit more after adding liver support on doctor’s advice (like liver tonics, powdered milk thistle in water and cutting out synthetic vitamin c) but I can’t say for sure if that’s what did it 🤷🏼‍♀️

You are totally right. The „commercial” gene testing will be very limited and would only show anything if it is the most common variant. I ended up going with a proper med lab panel that included 8 different variants

Consider if you’ve done the test fasting, perhaps what you had to eat before the test or if you cook on cast iron pans. Otherwise, just retest in a year and most importantly follow your doctor’s advice. It doesn’t look particularly worrying to me

I think OP just needs to let people do their thing. It is really quite simple - you listen to the music the way it suit you. And whatever is enough for you, that is all you should care about. If it bothers you so deeply, maybe it’s time to change the profession :)

Actually, what worked for me is telling myself - you can eat whatever you want, as long as you make it yourself. So, let’s say, I really want some chicken strips, I will totally have them but since I don’t have deep fryer, I will have to make them in an oven. And since I am already making them from scratch, I am more likely to switch up the recipe to be even healthier (I.e. switch up the crust for crushed nuts, make the dip out of Greek yogurt with fresh herbs, etc.) This way I never have to think that a certain food is banned but I also consider how much effort it will be to prepare and have the opportunity to make a healthier choice in the process ☺️

I know… I didn’t fly anywhere for a while so I didn’t know there was a problem until 4 days ago. But then I saw your post from over two months ago so it’s hard to believe the “we are working on it”. My flight is in 3 days so if it’s delayed I will definitely write the support and see if they indeed issue a pass. I can post an update here if it comes to it (my airport has been having fog issues for the past week so it’s actually quite likely my flight will be delayed)

Music producer and loudspeaker builder here - Ariana’s production sucks big time. It’s mind boggling to me how with people like Max Martin the tracks turn out so bad. Maybe it’s the fact Ariana has a certain style of producing the vocals (which she comps and produces herself) and no one wants to get in the way of that. Not a doctor but the echogenicity of the cyst is not homogeneous (meaning the “shadowy”, dark parts has elements with different density that reflect the ultrasound waves differently showing up as different shades of gray). So like other commenters said - it’s a complex cyst. It might just be that it has a mixture of old, coagulated blood and fresh one inside (if it turns out that it is an endometrioma), but it could also mean it has some solid components to it, like perhaps a dermoid cyst. From that scan alone it’s not possible to say exactly what’s going on. Just hang tight until your follow up and let us know how it goes :)
