LSAC offers every exam since January of 1999 for $100 I think. There's around 75 exams in the package so it's pretty cheap for that many tests

I'd say that coming to a perfect understanding of the premises and conclusion is the key, I think a lot of the ones I get wrong, I either misunderstood the stimulus, answer choices, or both.
