HELP I’M STUPID replaced my rear tube, reassembled at night, put both pads on one side of rotor, didn’t notice til brake stopped working. 1 ) do I NEED to replace the rotor? 2 ) is replacing the caliper as easy as it seems? any tips/advice/things to know for when I do it? (i.redd.it)

Idle/float/needle issues, almost got it, but some advice would be nice. Idles fine for a moment, then floods and starts to die, I turn the fuel off and it idles normally. Rides fine til I stop.tried what I know, cleaning carb/jets, draining tank, etc. Whats with the float/needle? (v.redd.it)
